As the world of work shifts in these challenging times, I’d like to take this opportunity to detail some of the steps Cloudify is taking on an organizational level to ensure employee wellbeing and continued, uninterrupted support to all clients and partners.
We have been carefully monitoring COVID-19 from early stages and have hence been able to take proactive measures for the safety of our employees and for the continued level of service we provide to clients and partners worldwide.
All global teams including client support and product development are now working remotely, equipped to provide full service:
- Support for all things Cloudify are continuing as normal;
- Client Communications are remaining unaffected as we rely on virtual meeting functionality;
- All Cloudify teams remain fully operational while working remotely;
- Training/ onboarding sessions are being conducted remotely on demand;
